Everything your shop needs in one place
Send invoices on WhatsApp
Send a sales invoice to your customer's WhatsApp when you create it, or later from the list. They get a link to a clean invoice page in the look you choose.
Overdue reminders, ready to send on WhatsApp
Switch on rules such as 3, 7 and 15 days after the due date. Every day ReplyDost lines up the reminders; you tap Send and WhatsApp opens with the message written. Nothing goes out unless you turn a rule on, and you can pause a customer.
Always know what is on your shelf
Every sale takes stock down and every purchase adds to it. Low-stock items are flagged on your dashboard, so you can reorder before you run out.
See who owes you, and who you owe
Customers and suppliers sit in one list with what is due and what is overdue. Record money received and money paid against each invoice or bill, so balances stay right.
Reconcile payments with your bank statement
Upload a bank statement as CSV. Money received is matched to the customer's open invoice, and anything unclear waits in a review list for you to sort out.
Keep every expense in one place
Record rent, transport and other costs with or without GST. The expense register shows the GST and the input credit you may be able to claim, ready to check with your accountant.
Know your profit and your GST
The profit summary shows gross and net profit for the year: sales less purchases and expenses. The GST summary sets the tax you charged against the tax you paid. Profit is based on what you bought in the period, not on cost of goods sold.
See your cash and the next four weeks
One dashboard shows your cash, what is open, and when invoices and bills fall due over the next four weeks, so you can plan payments.
Sales invoices
Make GST sales invoices and estimates, number them automatically and send them to your customer on WhatsApp. Stock goes down as you sell.
Purchase bills and orders
Record supplier bills and purchase orders. When goods arrive, your stock goes up and you see what you owe each supplier.
Reports and dashboard
See sales, purchase and expense registers, download them as CSV for your accountant, and check cash and upcoming payments on one dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
What is ReplyDost Invoice?
ReplyDost Invoice is GST billing software with stock tracking for shops and wholesalers. You make sales and purchase invoices, keep stock up to date, record expenses and see who owes you money.
Is it really free to try?
Yes. You can start free with a monthly allowance of sales invoices and purchase bills, and no card is needed. The pricing section on this page shows the current limits and the paid plan.
Does it make GST-compliant invoices?
Yes. Sales and purchase documents follow the GST format with the tax split shown on the invoice, and you can send them to a customer's WhatsApp.
How does stock tracking work?
Each item keeps a stock quantity. A sales invoice reduces it, a purchase bill adds to it, and items running low show on your dashboard.
Can I record expenses?
Yes. Record costs such as rent or transport, with or without GST, and link an expense to a bill. The expense register shows the GST and the input credit you may be able to claim, so you can check it with your accountant.
Can I send invoices on WhatsApp?
Yes. You can send a sales invoice straight to your customer's WhatsApp from the invoice page.
Can ReplyDost remind customers about overdue payments?
Yes, with WhatsApp reminders you control. You choose when they go, such as 3, 7 or 15 days after the due date. ReplyDost lines them up each day and you tap Send to open WhatsApp with the message ready. Nothing is sent unless you switch a rule on.
Can I record payments and match my bank statement?
Yes. Record money you receive and money you pay against invoices and bills, and upload a bank statement as CSV to match received money to open invoices. Anything unclear waits in a review list.
Can my customer open the invoice without logging in?
Yes. Each sales invoice has its own page that opens without a login, in the invoice theme you chose, and you can share the link on WhatsApp.
Can it show my profit and GST position?
Yes. The profit summary shows gross and net profit for the financial year, and the GST summary compares the tax you charged with the tax you paid. Profit is based on what you bought in the period rather than cost of goods sold, and the page says so. Check the figures with your accountant before filing.
Can I download reports for my accountant?
Yes. The sales, purchase and expense registers can be downloaded as CSV files that a spreadsheet can add up.
Who is it for?
Small wholesalers, distributors, hardware stores, kirana and general stores, and any shopkeeper who holds stock rather than only billing for services.
What is the difference between a purchase bill and a purchase order?
A purchase order is what you send a supplier to ask for goods. A purchase bill is the supplier's invoice for goods you received. Both are supported.
How do I get started?
Sign in with Google and make your first invoice. There is no setup call and nothing to install, and it works in the browser on a phone or computer.
